Breakfast Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

4 eggs

2 tbsp milk

Salt flakes & freshly ground black pepper

2 slices sourdough, toasted

100g COOKE Natural Smoked Salmon

Avocado slices, micro herbs and lemon wedges, to serve

 

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk and seasonings. Add to a preheated, lightly oiled frying pan. Cook over a low-medium heat whilst stirring regularly with a spatula. Remove from heat before eggs are just set.

 

  1. Serve eggs on toast and top with slices of smoked salmon. Accompany with some avocado slices, herbs and lemon.
